I am now working! Yes people. It only took me 26 years and I have a job. Possibly, the best job in the world! I LOVE it. I love the mums, I love the babies, I love the staff. It’s just so beautiful to work there!

I am still adjusting. Still getting use to all the big words. I am in post natal ward now and sometimes I will be holding a wee baby and just stop and think “I can’t believe they are paying me to do this”

So yes, I am very happy. I love being a midwife

WELL. This is another Vegie oil post. What can I say, I’m obsessed!

The other week I decided I needed a weeeeee bit more independence. I decided to get off the shared oil grid and get onto my own.

What I did was I got 4 150L drums and I am now using them as my own fuel station.

What I am doing is I am putting the oil through a coles bag via a larger strainer before they go into my 100L drums.

Great idea ha?

I now need to go and pilfer some oil. Hopfully I can do a bit of a run tomorrow.
